7 Day Warranty
Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery. If product is found defective/ does not match the description, please contact within 48 hours of the delivery. The firm will either deliver the correct product or return the payment. While putting the replacement request, please send videos or photos of the defective product through email at:
This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Returns & Refunds:
This policy lasts 7 days. If time exceed 7 days of your purchase, the firm will not offer a refund or exchange.
The following procedure is to be followed to receive the refund:
Products are to be returned in the original condition and packaging. Used products/ damaged products by customers are not eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and by emailing email@example.com with detailed reason for return. Provide pictures or a video of the product that is to be returned. Upon approval, customer will receive RA#.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (Customer will pay shipping charges for returning the package which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of shipping of return will be subtracted from your refund).
The product will be examined upon receipt of the package and full refund will be issued on the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Partial refund will be applicable in the following conditions (if applicable):
Product not in original condition and found to be damaged not due to firm’s error.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable):
Items under sale won’t be refunded, only regular priced items will be.
Return requests to be approved by Modern Yard before initiating the process and there are no refunds or exchanges for products purchased on discount.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we would not honour. The buyer should be sure of his/her purchase. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
